Section V-133 - Multi-Year ContractsA. Contracts in excess of one year shall be submitted to the Office of Contractual Review with written reasons why a multi-year contract is needed. Justification of multi-year contracts shall be submitted in accordance with R.S. 39:1514 in compliance with the delegation of authority from the Commissioner of Administration.B.
