Section IX-1701 - Potential DoneesA. The program office will contact and instruct all known potential donees in the state on the procedures to follow to establish their eligibility to participate in the surplus property program. A listing of the potential donees in the state shall be established by using the standards and guidelines in FPMR 101-44.207, as well as the following guidelines.La. Admin. Code tit. 34, § IX-1701
