Section III-179 - Request for Qualifications-Evaluation CommitteeA. A qualifications evaluation committee shall evaluate the responses to the request for qualifications package received by the public agency. The qualifications evaluation committee shall consist of a minimum of three members designated by the Director of Facility Planning and Control for projects administered by that agency or the equivalent agency head for other agencies.La.
