Section XV-761 - Reports of Teletherapy Surveys, Checks, Tests, and MeasurementsA. A licensee shall furnish a copy of the records required in LAC 33:XV.758, 759, and 760, and the output from the teletherapy source expressed as rems (sieverts) per hour at 1 meter from the source as determined during the full calibration required in LAC 33:XV.756 to the Office of Environmental Compliance within 30 days following completion of the action that initiated the record requirement.La.
