Section XV-740 - Availability of Survey InstrumentA. A licensee authorized to use radioactive material as a sealed source for diagnostic purposes shall have available for use a portable radiation detection survey instrument capable of detecting dose rates over the range of 0.1 milliroentgen per hour to 50 milliroentgens per hour or a portable radiation measurement survey instrument capable of measuring dose rates over the range of 1 milliroentgen per hour to 1,000 milliroentgens per hour. The instrument shall be operable and calibrated in accordance with LAC 33:XV.716.La. Admin. Code tit. 33, § XV-740
