Section XV-711 - Mobile Nuclear Medicine Service Administrative RequirementsA. The department will only license mobile nuclear medicine services in accordance with this Chapter and other applicable requirements of these regulations to serve clients who do not have a department license.B. Mobile nuclear medicine service licensees shall retain for the duration of service a letter signed by the management of each location where services are rendered that authorizes use of radioactive material.C. A mobile nuclear medicine service shall not have radioactive material delivered directly from the manufacturer or the distributor to the client's address of use.La. Admin. Code tit. 33, § XV-711
