Section XV-496 - Vacating PremisesA. Each specific licensee or registrant shall, no less than 30 days before vacating or relinquishing possession or control of premises that may have been contaminated with radioactive material as a result of his activities, notify the Office of Environmental Compliance in writing of intent to vacate. When deemed necessary by the department, the licensee shall decontaminate the premises in such a manner as the department may specify.La. Admin. Code tit. 33, § XV-496
