Section XV-2506 - Reciprocal Agreements-Licenses and RegistrantsA. Persons operating within Louisiana under the provisions of LAC 33:XV.212 or LAC 33:XV.390 shall submit to the Office of Environmental Compliance the annual fee of the applicable category before the first entry into the state. The fee will allow reciprocal recognition of the license or registration for one year from the date of receipt.La. Admin. Code tit. 33, § XV-2506
