Section XV-1501 - PurposeA. The regulations in this Chapter establish requirements for packaging, preparation for shipment, and transportation of licensed material.B. The packaging and transport of licensed material are also subject to other Chapters of LAC 33:XV (such as LAC 33:XV.Chapters 3 and 4), and to the regulations of other agencies (such as the United States Department of Transportation (U.S. DOT)) and the United States Postal Service) having jurisdiction over means of transport.
