Section VII-907 - Enforcement ActionA. When the administrative authority determines that a violation of the Act or these regulations or the terms and conditions of any permit issued hereunder has occurred or is about to occur, he shall initiate one or more of the actions set forth in R.S. 30:2025, or as otherwise provided by appropriate rules.La.
