Section VII-1005 - Semiannual Groundwater Monitoring ReportsA. The owner or operator shall submit semiannual groundwater monitoring reports to the department in the format specified by LAC 33:VII.805.C.5.a within 90 days of initiation of the semiannual sampling and analysis events, in addition to the annual groundwater monitoring and corrective action report required, as set forth in 40 CFR 257.90(e). The annual, semiannual, and corrective action groundwater monitoring reports shall comply with the requirements of 40 CFR 257.90(e) and LAC 33:VII.805.C.5.a.La. Admin. Code tit. 33, § VII-1005
