Section VII-113 - Public Information ServiceA. Responses to Suggestions and Complaints. The department shall respond to complaints and suggestions and disseminate all pertinent information concerning solid waste. Information shall be disseminated by letter, electronic, or telephone communication in response to direct inquiries and through a departmental bulletin issued periodically that will include lists of permits, enforcement actions, and similar information of general interest, if such a bulletin is available.B. Public Hearings. A transcript of all discussions, presentations, and comments submitted shall be prepared after each hearing and made available to all who request it, in accordance with R.S. 44:1 et seq.C. Mailing List. The department shall maintain a mailing list of groups or individuals interested in public hearings and other such activities of the Office of Environmental Services.La. Admin.
