Section VII-109 - SeverabilityA. If any provision of these rules and regulations or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the Act and these regulations that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end provisions of these rules and regulations are declared to be severable.La.
