Section VI-901 - Authority and PurposeA. These regulations are established by the Department of Environmental Quality in accordance with R.S. 30:2001 et seq., in particular, R.S. 30:2285 et seq. The purpose of these regulations is to promote the voluntary assessment, remediation, and sustainable reuse of contaminated properties, while protecting public health and the environment.La. Admin.
