B. Oversight of Abandonment Procedures. This fee covers the cost of reviewing plans to plug and abandon all permitted groundwater monitoring systems (monitoring wells, piezometers, observations wells, and recovery wells) to ensure that they do not pose a potential threat to groundwater: 1. casing pulled-$146 each;2. casing reamed out-$291 each;3. casing left in place-$726 each.La.
