Section V-5123 - Annual Fee for Facilities with Closed Hazardous Waste Units in Post ClosureA. Post Closure Annual Fee. This is an annual fee applied to defray the cost of annually inspecting the facilities with closed hazardous waste units in post-closure care and with no operating unit/permit.
