Section V-5101 - ApplicabilityA. The regulations in this Chapter apply to generators of hazardous waste as well as treaters, storers, and disposers of hazardous waste except as provided in LAC 33:V.1003 and LAC 33:V.1501.La. Admin. Code tit. 33, § V-5101
