Section V-4481 - Waste AnalysisA. In addition to the waste analyses required by LAC 33:V.1519, before placing a hazardous waste in or on a land treatment facility, the owner or operator must: 1. determine the concentration in the waste of any substances which equal or exceed the maximum concentrations listed in LAC 33:V.4903, Table 5, that cause the waste to exhibit the Toxicity Characteristic;2. determine the concentrations of any substances which cause the waste to be listed in LAC 33:V.4901 as a hazardous waste.La.
