Section V-4351 - ApplicabilityA. The regulations in this Subchapter apply to owners and operators of both on-site and off-site facilities, except as LAC 33:V.4307 provides otherwise. LAC 33:V.4353, 4355, and 4363 do not apply to owners and operators of on-site facilities that do not receive any hazardous waste from off-site sources, nor to owners and operators of off-site facilities with respect to military munitions waste.B. The revised manifest form and procedures in 40 CFR 260.10, 261.7, 265.70, 265.71, 265.72, and 265.76 shall be effective as of September 5, 2006. The manifest form and procedures in the July 1, 2004 CFR shall be applicable until September 5, 2006.La. Admin. Code tit. 33, § V-4351
