Section V-4223 - What wastes are eligible for the transportation and disposal conditional exemption?A. Eligible waste must be: 1. a LLMW, as defined in this Chapter, that meets the waste acceptance criteria of a LLRWDF; and/ or2. an eligible NARM waste, as defined in this Chapter.La. Admin.
