Section V-3873 - ApplicabilityA. The owner or operator of a destination facility (as defined in LAC 33:V.3813) is subject to all applicable requirements of LAC 33:V.Chapters 3, 5, 10, 11, 15, 17, 19, 21, 22, 23, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 37, 41, and 43, and the notification requirement under LAC 33:V.105.A.B. The owner or operator of a destination facility that recycles a particular universal waste without storing that universal waste before it is recycled must comply with LAC 33:V.4105.D.La. Admin. Code tit. 33, § V-3873
