Section V-3205 - Monitoring, Analysis, Inspection, Response, Reporting, and Corrective ActionA. Monitoring, testing, analytical data, inspections, response, and reporting procedures and frequencies must ensure compliance with LAC 33:V.1509, 1511.D, 1516.D, 1529.D-E, 3203, and 3322, as well as meet any additional requirements needed to protect human health and the environment as specified in the permit.La.
