Section V-2901 - ApplicabilityA. The regulations in this Subpart apply to owners and operators of facilities that use surface impoundments to treat, store, or dispose of hazardous waste except as LAC 33:V.1501 provides otherwise. COMMENT: All surface impoundments used to store hazardous waste, including short-term storage (90 days or less), must have a TSD permit.
