Section V-2401 - Applicability

A. The requirements of this Chapter apply to owners or operators who store munitions and explosive hazardous wastes, except as LAC 33:V.1501 provides otherwise.

[NOTE: Depending on explosive hazards, hazardous waste munitions and explosives may also be managed in other types of storage units, including containment buildings (LAC 33:V.Chapter 18), tanks (LAC 33:V.Chapter 19), or containers (LAC 33:V.Chapter 21).
