Section V-1763 - Inspection and Monitoring RequirementsA. The owner or operator shall inspect and monitor air emission control equipment used to comply with this Chapter in accordance with the applicable requirements specified in LAC 33:V.1755-1761.B. The owner or operator shall develop and implement a written plan and schedule to perform the inspections and monitoring required by Subsection A of this Section. The owner or operator shall incorporate this plan and schedule into the facility inspection plan required under LAC 33:V.1509.La. Admin. Code tit. 33, § V-1763
