Section V-1001 - Definitions Used in ChapterA. The following definitions apply to this Chapter. Condition for Exemption-any requirement in LAC 33:V.1003.C, 1009, 1011, 1013, 1015, or Subchapter C of this Chapter that states an event, action, or standard that shall occur or be met in order to obtain an exemption from any applicable requirement in LAC 33:V.Subpart 1. Independent Requirement-a requirement of Chapter 10 that states an event, action, or standard that shall occur or be met; and that applies without relation to, or irrespective of, the purpose of obtaining a conditional exemption from storage facility permit, interim status and operating requirements under LAC 33:V.1009, 1011, 1013, 1015, or Subchapter C of this Chapter.
