Section V-30142 - Operator Assistance in Investigation [49 CFR 195.60]

A. If the Department of Energy and Natural Resources investigates an accident, the operator involved shall make available to the representative of the department all records and information that in any way pertain to the accident, and shall afford all reasonable assistance in the investigation of the accident.
