Section V-10115 - Hazard CommunicationA. The Department of Public Safety and Corrections adopts the Hazard Communication Standard as detailed in Title 29 CFR, Parts 1910.1200 et seq., as part of these rules. All facilities subject to these state rules (other than any federal, state, or political subdivisions of a state) must also comply with the Hazard Communication Standard as specified in the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules listed in Title 29, CFR Parts 1910.1200 et seq. These standards refer to marking of the workplace, communicating to employees of any known hazardous properties of various substances, etc.La. Admin. Code tit. 33, § V-10115
