Section IX-10113 - MiscellaneousA. The department may take certain actions and require a borrower to take actions necessary to assure compliance by such borrower with requirements of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, in connection with a loan from the fund. The borrower shall reimburse the department for any cost incurred by the department in connection with any such actions.La. Admin. Code tit. 33, § IX-10113
