Section IX-10103 - Authority

A. These regulations provide for the Drinking Water Revolving Loan Fund as required by R.S. 30:2011 et seq. and in particular R.S. 30:2011(A)(3), (D)(1); 2074(A)(4), (B)(8); R.S. 40:2824(A); 2826(A), (B), (E), and (F).
