Section IX-6709 - Use of ProceedsA. The proceeds of any forfeiture shall be used by the secretary, or by any receiver appointed by a court under R.S. 30:2075.3, to address or correct the deficiencies at the facility or to maintain and operate the system, as deemed necessary by the secretary under LAC 33:IX.6707.La.
