Section IX-6521 - Public Notice and Availability of InformationA. In addition to the requirements in LAC 33:IX.3113, publication of the notice one time in the newspaper(s) specified by the department and submission of proof of publication will be required. The costs of publication shall be borne by the applicant.B. All recorded information (completed permit application forms, fact sheets, draft permits, or any public document) not classified as confidential information under R.S. 30:2030(A) and 30:2074(D) and designated as such in accordance with these regulations (LAC 33:IX.2323 and 2763) shall be made available to the public for inspection and copying in accordance with the Public Records Act, R.S. 44:1 et seq.La.
