Section IX-6511 - Duty to MitigateA. In addition to the requirements in LAC 33:IX.2701.D, the permittee shall take all reasonable steps to minimize or correct any adverse impact on the environment resulting from noncompliance with the permit, including such accelerated or additional monitoring as necessary to determine the nature and impact of the noncomplying discharge.La.
