Section IX-5701 - Scope and PurposeA. The provisions of this Chapter apply to owners or operators of specified facilities discharging into waters of the state.B. The effluent standards or prohibitions for toxic pollutants established in this Chapter shall be applicable to the sources and pollutants hereinafter set forth, and may be incorporated in any LPDES permit, modification or renewal thereof, in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter.C. The provisions of LAC 33:IX.Chapters 31-47 and 51-55 shall apply to any LPDES permit proceedings for any point source discharge containing any toxic pollutant for which a standard or prohibition is established under this Chapter.La.
