Section IX-2901 - Transfer of PermitsA. Transfers by Modification. A permit may be transferred by the permittee to a new owner or operator only if the permit has been modified or revoked and reissued (under LAC 33:IX.2903.A.2.b), or a minor modification has been made (under LAC 33:IX.2905 and in accordance with LAC 33:I.Chapter 19) to identify the new permittee and incorporate such other requirements as may be necessary under the CWA and the LEQA.La.
