Section IX-2615 - Quantification of BenefitsA. The permittee and creditors will quantify the water quality benefits of a trading project based on estimated values for specific types of BMPs, modeling specific to the watershed trading framework or project, and/or by measuring the water quality benefits of a trading project by direct monitoring of pollutant reductions.La.
