Section IX-1301 - Scope and PurposeA. It is the purpose of these regulations to establish a fee system for funding the operation and activities under these regulations of the Department of Environmental Quality in accordance with the Louisiana Environmental Quality Act, R.S. 30:2001 et seq.La.
