Section III-5913 - Supplementary List of Regulated SubstancesA. All the requirements of this Chapter for regulated substances listed in 40 CFR 68.130 shall also apply to the supplementary list of chemicals in Table 59.1 of this Section present at stationary sources in more than the threshold quantities listed in Table 59.1 of this Section. If a new substance is added to Table 59.1, an owner or operator of a stationary source that has more than a threshold quantity of that substance shall comply with all the requirements of this Chapter for regulated substances listed in 40 CFR 68.130 no later than three years after the date the substance is first listed in Table 59.1.
