Section III-2731 - Compliance and EnforcementA. For failing to comply with the regulations of this Chapter, knowingly submitting false or inaccurate information, or directing others in such actions, civil and criminal penalties may be assessed under R.S. 30:2025.La. Admin. Code tit. 33, § III-2731
