Section III-2155 - PrincipleA. Temporary or permanent enclosures are employed to capture and measure volatile organic compound (VOC) air emissions that are not captured by the capture system under test within the enclosure. This measurement along with simultaneous measurements on the system under test allows calculation of the capture efficiency of the capture system.La. Admin. Code tit. 33, § III-2155
