Section III-2111 - Pumps and CompressorsA. All rotary pumps and compressors handling volatile organic compounds having a true vapor pressure of 1.5 psia or greater at handling conditions shall be equipped with mechanical seals or other equivalent equipment or means as may be approved by the administrative authority*.La.
