Section III-221 - Effective DateA. The application fees prescribed herein shall be effective upon publication in the Louisiana Register as adopted.B. The annual fees prescribed herein shall be effective for the state fiscal year in which these fee regulations are published in the Louisiana Register as adopted and each state fiscal year thereafter. Fees submitted to the department in accordance with previous fee regulations for the state fiscal year in which these fee regulations are published in the Louisiana Register as adopted shall be credited against the fees due and payable under these fee regulations.La.
