Section III-207 - Application FeesA. No application or amendments thereto shall be processed prior to payment of a permit fee, when it is determined that a permit fee is due. No permit, license, registration, or variance, unless otherwise authorized by the secretary, shall be issued until the full amount of the fee has been paid and such check or draft has been accepted by the bank or drawee and the department's account has been credited with the amount of the fee, when it is determined that a permit fee is due.La.
