Section III-1705 - Petroleum Refinery EmissionsA. No person shall emit the carbon monoxide waste gas stream from any catalyst regeneration of a petroleum cracking system, petroleum fluid coker, or other petroleum process into the atmosphere unless the waste gas stream is burned in a direct flame afterburner or boiler or is controlled by other means as may be approved by the administrative authority.La.
