Section III-1303 - Provisions Governing Specific ActivitiesA. Toxic Substances. Substances which are by nature toxic to human or animal life or vegetation may be controlled to more restrictive levels than is required for particulate matter in general.B. Impairment of Visibility. The emissions which pass onto or across a public road and create a traffic hazard by impairment of visibility or intensify an existing traffic hazard condition are prohibited.La. Admin.
