Section III-1106 - Test Methods and ProceduresA. Opacity shall be determined using Method 9 of 40 CFR Part 60, Appendix A.B. As an alternative to the method set forth in Subsection A of this Section, an owner or operator may elect to use a continuous opacity monitoring system (COMS) meeting the requirements outlined in 40 CFR 60.13(c) and (d).La.
