Section I-7015 - PrescriptionA. Prescription shall be suspended for all claims with violations under the subtitle or the regulations promulgated pursuant to this subtitle upon participation in the voluntary self-audit program. Suspension of prescription commences upon the department's receipt of the owner or operator's disclosure of violation(s) in accordance with LAC 33:I.7009.A.2. The suspension of prescription shall terminate upon a final decision under R.S. 30:2030(A)(2) or after a period of two years, whichever occurs first.La. Admin. Code tit. 33, § I-7015
