Section I-5707 - Changes in Laboratory OperationA. Changes in laboratory name, ownership, location, personnel, facilities, methodology, or any factors significantly affecting the performance of analyses for which the laboratory was originally accredited shall be reported to the Office of Environmental Assessment within 30 days.La.
