Section I-407 - Effect of Suspension Following Action on Denial of a Hearing RequestA. Upon notice of the denial of a hearing request submitted pursuant to R.S. 30:2024(A), suspended permit conditions shall become effective unless the applicant timely files a petition for de novo review pursuant to R.S. 30:2024(C).La.
