Section I-337 - Computation of TimeA. In computing any period of time prescribed or allowed in this Chapter or the Louisiana Environmental Quality Act, R.S. 30:2001 et seq., the day on which the designated period begins shall not be included. The last day of the designated period shall be included unless it is a Saturday, Sunday, or a legal holiday as provided in R.S. 1:55, in which event the designated period shall run until the end of the next day which is not a Saturday, Sunday, or a legal holiday.La.
